My studio split into two three years ago and the other half have moved solely to AI art. We on the other hand don’t use AI at all and illustrate all our work ourselves. Guess what, they churn out way more games than use, but our games are way more successful and have much more longevity. Maybe AI art will takeover every industry, but it will never be better than original art, it will never feel the same or have the uniqueness.
