You are using the ai agent tools incorrectly. You are completely right that you can't just rely on it to do everything right from a short prompt, and someone that doesn't know anything about coding will not be able to use the tools effectively. But if you actually spend more time planning each implementation it works surprisingly well. You need to constrain what the ai should do in quite a lot of detail and then it will end up actually making what you want. Instead of saying hey make me this app, spend many iterations discussing a plan with the agents, and have other agents give feedback on the plan, until you finally tell the agents to implement it. This takes more time than just a couple of minutes, but less time than if you did it all yourself from scratch.
