The danger occurs when companies rely and trust in AIs too greatly. There will come a time when a company’s AI is unable to correct a very complex problem it has created and no human expertise available to correct the problem. It is at those moments when companies and their customers could find themselves in a very precarious situation. I believe human experts will always be needed because the impact of an AI not being able to correct a mistake will be too high.
