I’m curious why they aren’t seeking to automate trains and subways. Granted, Skytrain in Vancouver BC has been operating since 1986 or nearly 40 years already. Some of the truckers in this very documentary are no more than 40: automation has been chasing your job since before you were born!
(All that’s going to happen is that truckers will be chased out of the easy jobs and into the harder jobs that can’t be automated yet.)
