My actually decent IQ brain tells me that to lower chloride ions in the body whilst maintaining sodium levels would offset the pH level of the body. I would have started being sceptical of the idea before even asking AI. I also know from high school chemistry that it's the most complicated and unintuitive study of science. Don't mess around with chemistry unless you know what you're doing on the molecular level
