I thought the complaint AI at the beginning was an interesting one. The companies pumping out AI chat responses to complaints will fail to address the obvious reason for having a complaints department… to keep and build relationships with customers. You don’t maintain a relationship with a company who isn’t valuing your time with a real person. I suspect my thoughts that small business will rise up is logical because I don’t need a coffee as much as I need a regular person to talk to every day. The lack of humanity is going to crush these companies once they realise that they have no customer loyalty. Loyalty is your business. Not your products.
