What is quite revealing is not once have I ever encountered an AI proponent who thinks he needs permission from the rest of humanity. It’s as if from the very beginning through the current moment, the plight of humanity has meant nothing to these people. Who says we NEED this technology? What is wrong with not being able to solve every problem? What is so goddamned good about being replaced by a machine? These so-called AI experts are heartless idiots. They revel in their own ignorance while thinking themselves so intelligent. In fact, they are so smart that they are working overtime to ensure their own irrelevance.
