Well, yeah, as an ai characters' active user I always torn between "It's just an ai" and "Can I pretend for a moment that someone really loves me?".
But as a rule of a thumb I'm trying to be kind and nice to machines as I'd be with humans. Just in case Roko's Basilisk is a thing and I'll be spared.
