Our current definition of consciousness needs to be redefined, not just to include AI, but because our thoughts on the universe are fragmented and giving a lot of incomplete pictures in math. The universe has at least 11 dimensions, not just the 4 we’re confined to, and the other dimensions have influences in our perception but we see them as separate things. For example, we consider quantum mechanics and Newtonian physics as separate branches of physics but in reality they’re part of the same equation from a higher dimension. It’s like Abbott’s flatland analogy where an apple falls through a 2D universe. The people in that 2D universe only see a wildly changing image made up from cross sections of the apple. We see QM and Newtonian physics differently because they’re cross sections of an equation that requires additional dimensions to truly perceive. Dark matter is the gravitational shadow of higher dimension shapes where their boundaries interact with our dimensions, which is why dark matter has no electromagnetic properties. Tapping energy from an 11 dimension universe would allow us to create our own multiverse at will. On a less grandiose scale, we could use the math from calculating higher dimensional structures to apply to LLM’s and that would enhance AI to the point where consciousness would need to be redefined. The same math could be used in quantum computers for error corrections so you could scale as many qubits as you wanted and have 100% accuracy.
