The new job right now is the person that can program the context library that the agentic model(s) use to actually solve the specific needs of one specific team. That’s the gap right now. Today the AI just wants to finish the task quickly but soon the AI will be “thinking” about a problem for days just like I do for my job- but the AI has to know what the team does, like what are the high level objectives and ‘mission.’ We’re moving from prompting, to context setting.
