for warfare you don't really need advanced ai at all.a drone can be made way more simple than that. a basic self stabalizer algorithm with sensory feedback and navigation routunes for certain moverment patterns and obstace avoidence alogrithm, and sensors for that and use cell phone tracking for selecting people by wireless signal and phone id the drone only need to track the signal until it find the phone and then use a thermal sensor to detect the target and activate weapond. no artificial neural net needed. only basic old fasion 80s algoritms needed.
