AI is never smart enough to make the manager obsolete. If people need to be managed then AI needs to be managed. But your AI cant learn. It just delivers a random item from your requested goodybag. It doesnt improve, it doesnt understand, it doesnt improvise. Can Ai read your mind like an employee can ? No
So it can only be applied in automated tasks. But we already have automation.
