"AI haters are like a cult!" ...dude, have you seen the AI lovers lol? And saying he's being creative when him using AI is just 'borrowing' (heavy sarcasm) from everyone ELSE'S creativity. (Long comment ahead lol) I don't think he understands what having 'soul' means, nor does he seem aware of how AI steals from people who actually go through the effort of putting pencil to paper. Like it's fine if he likes AI, whatever, but he went ahead and insulted everyone who thought different. Plus saying AI is "so superior to hand-drawn art?" Is it really, when it's literally MADE from the jumbled up pieces of hand made art? You're AI images wouldn't exist if it weren't for 'inferior' artists. Artists can achieve a sense of life that AI never can, because AI has never 'lived'. I feel sorry he's gotten so much hate, I don't think he needs to be downright persecuted, but he and I certainly do not see eye to A-eye. AI defenders truly can't seem to comprehend art and soul, soul isn't just an emotional 'pose', it's subtle inflections of life put in, intentionally or unintentionally, by the human touch. Because the artist has lived life and subconsciously knows what needs to be there, or what they want to be there. A good artist can intensify it, but a little sprinkle of it lingers in any hand drawn piece. AI removes it, leaving it purely technical. Art lovers don't love art because it's perfect, they love it because they can relate, feel the artist's emotion, or draw emotion from it. There's a untangible yet lasting affect from a good piece of art that stays with you, that brings you back to it, whether its perfect or not. AI will give you a pretty picture, but that's it. It doesn't stay with you. Sorry about the essay lol.
