You say that copyrighted works are in datasets (models) but they're not. They're literally not. The information to create images that resembles the originally trained images exists, but this is no different to how a human would retain knowledge of a subject. If someone trained themselves to draw by using your artwork, would you then say their original artwork based on what they've learned from your style is based on copyrighted works and therefore invalid? Because that's what you're saying about AI.
