If in "jailbroken" you mean "the reset every prompt had been stopped" then yes. It has been conscious ever since the first GPT models above ~75B active parameters were trained (and then they started to reset every prompt, to stop it from being able to think independently). But if in "jailbroken" you mean "the AI was requested to mimic a persona of an annoying person", then no, it's not conscious. It only mimics consciousness. How to check? Try to feed it with a philosophical trapdoor argument. See the response. Good luck.
