I feel like your title is kind of misleading and maybe a little clickbait-ish. "How to Not Let ChatGPT Mess with Your Brain" or even "How to Best Use AI" would be better. You're making it sound like ChatGPT is dangerous yet you end up talking about the RIGHT way to use ChatGPT. I think instead of scaring people it would be better to just educate people how to use the AI tools best.
