Well I would rather be for once first when it comes to research and adapt/commercialize new technologies instead of regulating them. The sad thing is they are even proud for putting out regulation, as if that would be an achivement. The reality will be that everyone else will have AI weapons, AI services and AI robots while the germans still insist on using the fax machine.
