I absolutely despise AI customer service. It's the fastest way for a company to say "We prioritise profit over your needs/complaints".
The last thing I want to talk to when I am struggling with a product is AI. They are rarely helpful.
It's fine for chatbots for general questions, but when I call the company, I DO NOT want a bot to answer me.
