"Painters Square" in Paris is the famed location of Picasso and friends, and their legitimate artistic sessions. But it's also for a century been home to "artists" selling cheap prints that they have added a few strokes of actual oil paint over the top to sell to gullible tourists. I knew what I was buying and got a few things to hang on my wall. It's never been different. AI is not a game-changer, only a new tool to create cheap garbage. The game has always been the same. People buy "art" at TJ Maxx. If you like it and want it on your wall, it really doesn't make too much difference as long as you value it. Buyer beware, and meet your artists in person if you want to be confident what work went into your choice. But even if you meet the artist and they genuinely worked 2 months on the specific "art" you're purchasing, it can still be worthless crap to everyone but you.
