I think a lot of companies are lying about how effective AI has been at improving businesses. The ones selling AI have an obvious incentive to exaggerate how well it’s improving their own business. But other big companies like Coca Cola in the video have an incentive to pretend the “emperor is wearing clothes” because saying AI doesn’t work might make the management look like they don’t know how to utilize AI… even if AI isn’t as good as advertised
