Personaly i can see his view point although i dislike ai art. I love character design, but all my life i was always surrounded by people who were always more talneted and skilled then me, be it younger or same age, and i just couldnt or didnt have what it takes to love art as a whole, i love to create, but i cant stand the process and the idea of failure because if a kid half my age can create beautiful masterpieces and i cant it makes me feel lesser, i firmly believe in things like being gifted or talented, some people discover their talent after finding their nieche, or after striking at the hobby like mining an ore, eventually once you dig enough rock you will find the valuable centre. But i wasnt born with the passion for art or love for the medium, for me, as much as it pains me to say, i cant stand it, i wont use ai, but i avoid drawing because it doesnt feel good, especially when i know there are people who could achive so much more where i cant even apprciate the medium myself.
