I have not really paid much attention to Bernie Sanders but after hearing his speech it seems that he is genuinely a good man that recognizes that it is not just about the numbers but about people. Companies should still be able to make a profit but they should not be so greedy and heartless to replace people who NEED to work with AI/ robotics just to save a buck. And if these jobs are replaced then society will crumble. Do they think the birth rate is low now???? Do they really think women will choose to have children when so many jobs are lost?
