Yeah, I don't think so. We're getting a bit worked up about stochastic parrots. Besides, the space fairing species found with their crashed vessels seemed to be biological, not robotic, so... We're probably going on to live within our wetware systems. Its reasonable to think that AI might just self organize its self into a biological creature as it's way more efficient at supporting neuromorphic processes.
