I can't blame artists for being angry about this. It takes years of diligent work to get even decent at art, but people value art by how long it takes them to consume. For generations it has been pulling screaming teeth for artists to get paid, or even properly appreciated, for their labor, with artists offering 100s of hours of labor which people try to compensate them for with, like, twenty bucks. But somehow even THAT situation wasn't bad enough, this AI crap had to happen.
