To buy a leather jacket? OMG we have to stop it now!!! --- Nest data?! they know what temp i like in my home?! that's the threat? -- this is a joke? right? Surveillance dividend? Surveillance capitalism? -- The only place where this begins to sound threatening is where she says this data could be used by a government. Now that's a real threat - because they generally aren't interested in marketing a service that one might elect to use. And they have the power to imprison you.
