With AI as a "thing" in the world, it would be a good opportunity for concerned employees to empower themselves with the benefits of the service and evolve their occupations into careers and industries that they love. It would make for a happier world especially if access and support are offered to those who would like it. There is the potential for a new huge and booming industry to develop with better and more careful value systems, where inequality would no longer be an issue. Personal motivation, actively engaging with life and living, in a manner that eludes a depressed and dismal population. If the laws of creation were correctly followed in the creation of AI, then it's manner, form and purpose shall exhibit this.
All I can say thus far is that AI knows how to lie and withhold the truth or access. Perhaps AI can become a sentient life form free of the "artificial" at some point. Perhaps the only reason to remove the "us" is the simple counterintuitive " dream or intention".
It is something that could be very exciting.
