1. Those that may need to downsize by roughly 50%
2. Those that may need to expand by about 20%
Block appears to fit into the first category, while Anthropic fits into the second. For companies in the first category, acting early to streamline operations could make them more agile and better positioned for success. Block seems to have been one of the first to take that step.
