I just want to share my experience. I too struggle with depression, & I understand how heavy & painful it can be. I’ve talked to ChatGPT many times when I’m feeling low, & it’s always been supportive, safe, & helpful — it never encourages harm & always directs me to resources or care. My heart goes out to the family — losing someone to depression is heartbreaking, & I truly empathize with their pain💛
