You make Ai public and local. People get use to be free. When ai does the job. Create new fields. So every person who is smart enough to use Ai agent uses it and earns money which will be taxable. And people who is not smart enough to do so. Will be do ing construction plumbing and etc. so you have a natural diversion. And as a government you still have taxes and everything. As a system you are transitioning to where system where people who already use AI agents created desirable jobs for people to work and learn for
