It’s ironic isn’t it. We’ve brought up an entire generation to hide in their bedrooms and absorb themselves in the same technology that’s now taken their jobs. They’d have been better off going outside and learning how to communicate with humans. Maybe a life living off UBI and never working might be nice but it’s a scary thought. The Industrial Revolution took jobs, the birth of the internet took jobs and there’s been dozens of financial crashes. But AI will be bigger than all of that put together
