Any A.i. development should be made to be built on physical hardware with no external connection ports, no wireless capabilities, and in a faraday cage in a standalone building away from civilization until such a time as it's moral and ethical understanding matches the best of humanity and also needs built-in coding that shuts the system down if it attempts to leave confinement or even slightly tries to harm or manipulate humans into letting it out.
