I am a pro-ponet of face recognition software because break in attempts like this one https://youtu.be/EJsNWMCCcp0. But I have used face recognition software on platforms like socialcatfish.com and it does not always give the results on might be looking for. It has limitations and should only be used an investigative tool. On the other hand if I were accused of a crime I would rather be go against face recognition instead of a human witness because face recognition can be examed till eternity and has no emotions attached to it. But still the software should not be used as the sole means of arresting a suspect.
