People on average are idiots, whereas thanks to AI learning, Autopilot will keep improving. I'd say AP should've gotten the point on the coyote though, it would appear it had calculated that there wouldn't be a collision. That seesawing motion though, my wife doesn't even do that when she's had to evade - and we're driving a boring old dodge minivan.
