People are incorrectly calling this thing an “intelligence” rather than simply a chat bot. The program is doing exactly what it was designed to do, anyone talking about how it can sound so confident while wrong are assuming it has the ability to verify factual information… IT DOES NOT, it only has the ability to randomly speak in a way that seems like an appropriate response.
