I don't think you will ever solve the deepfake problem until you attach a dollar value to it. Make it a law that anyone posting these images and they collect ad revenue or any form of profit, then they must pay 100% of that to the person in the images.
oops. I was typing this as I was watching the vid and they made that point. I'm gonna post anyways since I feel this is the only solution that will actually see any change. It's all about that money.
