As we develop this technology we will also develop ways in which it won't get out of control, so you say it will take hundreds of years to make these decisions. I think you are wrong. I think within the matter of decades, (10-90 years) we will either A)develop early forms of creative AI or B) Determine that we can never create this AI due to some theory from extensive research.
