I think the only artists fed up with AI art are the artists refusing to use AI as a tool to accelerate their own work, as an artist I love it, do you know how much time it has saved me? weeks. Also, if anyone posts photos online, you've basically made those photos public, if you can film other people in public you should be able to use publicly available photos to create a unique work of art separate from the medium used for inspiration. If you think about it, all art is derivative in some way. All art is based on knowledge the artist has from past work, examples, classes, things they've seen, dreamt of, created via imagination etc.
