So far the ONLY cases examined have been when ADAS has failed. Like when WWII pilots returned from battle with holes in the plane and the engineers began to reinforce the areas with holes without better survivorship; then someone realized these planes with these holes ARE surviving, the places WITHOUT holes are the parts that are getting hit in the planes that are crashing!
