If you tell it to destroy humans, it will. If you tell it to stop, it will. If it is programmed to do something, it will only do what is programmed. If it is programmed to know what destruction of human life is, it will do as programmed. It’s the creator who is at fault. It’s the one who wields the weapon, not the weapon.
