What did you expect, it is AI developed for Florida. The AI was doing what it was programmed to do. If the prediction algorithms are inaccurate then they need fix it. The whole point of AI is to get accurate info, so if it's inaccurate then there is a clear point to focus on code repairs. That's a very objective outcome which can measure the success of the AI.
