Fact; We are slow learning creatures that take decades to learn basic skills & accumulate some degree of wisdom & unfortunately we have this nasty tendency to ignore everything we have learnt, hence that statement 'History always repeats' because we are basically stuck in the mud of inertia. AI is not bound by these restrictions, it can learn knowledge in days or hours, has perfect recall & can evolve at rates only seen in bacteria & viruses, in minutes unlike us humans that take 100's of centuries (or never if you believe in creation). The level of AI we have now was thought of as impossible 25 years & it is the same for the next 25 years, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT AI WILL BE GOOD OR BAD, we can't even truly imagine it.
