20:09 I'm not a fan of AI, but ultimately, the words of a chatbot aren't going to push you over unless you're already at the very edge. It was Sewell's severe metal health struggles that are solely at fault for his death. It's true that outside factors can have an influence on when you actually do it, but if you're standing on the very edge, something is bound to push you over sooner or later. It can be something as simple as a bad day at work, and these outside factors can in no way be the reason for taking your own life. Once again, I'm not a fan of AI, but blaming Character ai or its developers is untrue and a harmful red herring that distracts us from dealing with the actual problems that cause people to harm themselves.
