A lot of people don't know how expensive anime creation is average 12-13 episode anime cost around $2,3milion dollars, it is crazy expensive and usying AI will reduce the cost a lot. Also animators artist's etc working on anime are overworked in a lot if cases they need to work 12h shifts just to meet deadlines. It is really competitive environment so introduction of AI will not fully make people lose the job, it will just make anime creation faster which mean more anime every season, and untill AI will be on super realistic level, animators and artists still be rew to fix AI errors.
