💯 correct that money is not truly being saved. AI is not even remotely at a point where it can replace anyone. It can provide some savings with limited customer service into requests that are not overly complex. I was floored that so many companies jumped the gun when we are at the literal 1st minute of the dawn of AI.
Executives keep harping on how much savings we should have with zero insight into the reality of AIs current abilities.
