In my mind, society needs to be reworked for AI to help us effectively Start with a universal basic income. If AI is beginning to make entry work obsolete, allow people to provide for themselves. While providing for our society on a basic level, incentivize the pursuit of high level positions by providing additional pay and education opportunities for people. Allow a society where people can choose to contribute to society and earn more, or simply enjoy basic needs and pursue simple enjoyment, raising families, hikes whatever etc. With society as it currently is, unemployment unfortunately just leads to homelessness and other forms of destitution. Don't let that happen.
