Face recognition technology can throw up "possible" matches. That should never be a substitution for police investigation. You don't just go arrest someone on the strength (weakness) of dodgy computer visual process that's only meant to aid detective work, not replace detective work. Whatever happened to an informal chat whilst explaining, discussing, the evidence, with the suspect. Heavy handed, brainless and shocking police incompetence. Jesus Christ America, somehow the world expects better of the "land of the free".
