If you have no more evidence of a person’s guilt than a picture, facial recognition should not be the only tool used. Other questions must be asked such as do you have an alibi. He could have gone to prison. I thought the prosecution had to prove guilt, not defendant proving innocence. This is a wrongful way to prosecute.
