Younger workers need to adapt to the changes in the market. Add AI skills. Gain EXPERIENCE while in college. I'm 40. The changes are unbelievable in the market. I"m fascinated. I'm also set financially. I expected AI to have the current impact around 2030. The entry level worker needs to change skills wise. I hope excess bs colleges close down. All about fields and skills in demand..and experience.
