You’re hypotheticals don’t work because most people will opt into AI and Robotics to get things done at a faster rate.
They’ll be a minority of humans that choose to do something themselves. But most opt into comfort and convenience. We see it now so why would that change.
Stop pretending that the majority of humans learn skills on their own with no external motivation.
