Why would one even need Managers? An AI could easily do statistical analysis, metrics, project planning in real time with projected outcomes in real time. AI could easily augment the planning if the metric and statistical analysis pointed in a new direction. Make the iteration and continue in that new direction if required. AI can work 24/7 +, at a fraction of the cost of a Manager. No Golden Parachutes, or bonuses. No constant ReOrgs. Managers would become obsolete. The idea of a of complex Gantt Chart is trivial for an AI. It's endless.
